How can i make my own clip on hair extensions?

i know how to sew clips onto the wefts, but i reeeeeally want to make a hair peice that goes on the top of my hair (like a wiglet) so its choppy, thicker and i can have bangs. all of the clip on bangs look so fake but the ones that have short hair all the way around the head blend in with the real hair better and give awsome volume!!! but they cost $200.00!!!!! so can i buy hair at a beauty supply store and make it look good??How can i make my own clip on hair extensions?

For the Bangs part, you could sew hair onto an 'invisible comb' (usually used to hold your hair back) and put it where you want your bangs to start. As for the rest, I'm sure you could copy the ones that have short hair all the way around and make it look great! Just have a good look at one, then go to a dollar store in the hair accessories isle, and look around for something you could sew hair onto. Be creative! Have fun! Good Luck!!!!
