if they are put in correctly they wont fall off its ok to keep them in but they should be taken out everyonce in a while
i have them and they dont take that long to put in u just clip ur hair up and tease the section and clip them in and ur not supposed to i guess but i sleep in them but take them out to wash my hair its fine
