My hair is damaged and very brittle, I would like to wear clip on hair extensions, Is that a bad thing to do?

My hair is barly touching my ears but still considere short, and my hair is damaged due to the overusage of a straightner which completly dried my hair up, but i would like to start using clip on hair extenisons but would dat damage my hair in any way... no the clip ins are the safest bet. i had a regular extension in for breast cancer awareness, and it fell out and all the glue melted my hair. i use clip ins all the time. just tease your hair so they stay in, and make sure to use conditioner atleast twice a week.My hair is damaged and very brittle, I would like to wear clip on hair extensions, Is that a bad thing to do?
no it probably wouldnt damage your hair but migt look a little wierd since they would look healthy and your hair would be damaged..i would suggest going to a hair salon and buying a very deep conditioner that would help repair your hair...clip ons would get damaged by straightening them eventually make sure you get real hair ones because fake get tangled and feal like barbie hair.
It won't damage them unless your straightening them, however you shouldn't be wearing them with such damaged hair, wait until your hair feels healthier (use hot oils and deep treatments) then use them.





If you use clip ins now while your hair is very damaged it will cause your brittle hair to snap/break.
