hot topic carries brightly colored extensions,but are kinda expensive.sally beauty offers bags of extensions in blond (there might be other colors,i don't know),and you can dye them. if you have the time to dye them,i would go with that.

um you can get cute little cheap ones at hottopic for like 6$ and you can curl it and straighten it and it isnt reall hair
