My bro's fiancee is sooo adamant in saying that they do.Are there an bad side effects from wearing clip on hair extensions?
The only side effects are that they might pull on the roots of your hair and cause breakage if they are too heavy.

No not unless they are weaves. like sow ins. if they are clip they r fine.
As long as you make sure they don't rip your hair out when you take them out. Their not damaging at all.
